We offer a range of learning environments. They help students stay engaged, build confidence and enjoy every part of their school day. Our facilities may include:

Our sesquicentenary garden, paved with student and staff names on pavers, a fountain in the centre, 2 garden seats and plants all around.

Our Sesquicentenary Garden is a lovely place for the students to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the flowing water in the fountain.

Our well stocked library contains over 15,000 books, and is constantly being added to with new publications, mostly from Australian authors.

Our multi-purpose sports court is well utilised by students from all grades. Netball, Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball and fitness circuits are popular with boys and girls alike.

Our beautifully modern fixed equipment has spongey softfall underneath for safety and is a popular play area at the front of our school. The design elements include a slippery dip, overhead slide, climbing wall, walking bridge, fire pole, spider web, tunnel, tic tac toe and a large sandpit; a wide range of activities to cater for children of all heights, ages and abilities.

Every school should have a racing car track, especially when their students live so close to Mount Panorama, Wahluu in Bathurst. Our students LOVE to race their cars around the track, enjoying friendships, creative play and a touch of lively competition.

Resources and technology

Our school uses modern technology and digital learning tools. Our resources help students learn, create and stay connected. As a NSW public school, we have access to shared programs and tools available to all schools in the state.

Every classroom is equipped with smart interactive whiteboards and a range of innovative technology to enhance teaching and learning. These tools enable dynamic lessons that engage students through visuals, touch and collaboration, making concepts easier and more enjoyable to explore and understand. By integrating cutting-edge technology, we create an inspiring environment where students can develop critical thinking, creativity and digital skills, essential for their future.

In our K-2 classroom, the students use engaging, interactive learning experiences on their iPads that inspire curiosity and creativity. These devices support personalised learning, helping each child explore foundational skills in reading, mathematics and problem-solving at their own pace. With a variety of educational apps and tools, iPads make learning fun and accessible, fostering collaboration and critical thinking from an early age.
